Meet The Team

So we have been in business nearly two weeks now and given you a bit of background on us and some of the things we do, but maybe it’s time you got the who’s who here at Speyside Falconry!!

Darren, Head Falconer and General Dogsbody about the place. He is a perfectionist and prides himself on the husbandry of our birds. Has a love of Falcon’s.

Clare, women of many talents I work with the Owls and Hawks and am in charge of anything involving paperwork

Jessica the eldest one, Falconer in training, loves the owls, happy to get stuck in.

Kate the youngest one, Falconer in training, remembers everything, very hands on with the birds

SOME OF OUR BIRDS

Lana is a White faced Scops owl and the baby of the family, loves attention and hates the cat.

Angus Is a 3-year-old male Harris Hawk
He loves getting out in the field.

Lola is a 2-year-old female Saker falcon, loves to bask in the sunshine and enjoys a bath

We have a great team of birds, different species and each with their own different personalities, and in later posts I can introduce you to some more.
We have each found our role in the business and work well together, it helps that we love what we do!!!
